SOME ASPECTS OF RATIONAL USE OF RESOURCES IN THE COUNTRY AND THE WELFARE OF THE POPULATION

Summary

The paper discusses the most pressing issues in the use of existing resources in the country which play an important role in the welfare of the people. Mistakes made in the country's governing structures have put the country in a deplorable state and created a difficult socio-economic background. Destroyed inherited multinational industry and agriculture received from the Soviet power.

The work emphasizes the fact that the government has a flexible and intellectual strategy and vision in the governing bodies of the state to refuse the selection and appointment of human resources without interference (nepotism). It is underlined that in the country it is impossible to restore justice in the country. The government should pay special attention to attraction of foreign investments that will be used for the development of the small and medium-sized business for the country, which guarantees the growth and production volume and the employment of human resources. Officials from the state budget should first be motivated by the results of their qualified labor and, on the other hand, the public servants of economically vulnerable country should strictly take care of the budget funds and not be allowed to live in luxury. The primary concern for the nation in today's conditions is the survival of the country and its survival. To do this, it is necessary to make the cardinal changes in the country by the government, to work hard, to work and to establish good future business strategies and to make it urgent.

It is underlined that the country should have an effective education program. All of us have been continuously involved in the continuous learning process, which will open the way for all ranks of state officials, managers or nervous personnel to exploit the achievements of modern technologies and to continuously increase their qualifications.

The main function of today's government is to use intensive and rational use of natural and human capital resources in the country to develop the country's economy and to create jobs where people will be employed by the people who have been stuck in the harsh economic situation. Georgia is one of the most important countries in the world in the field of multilateral agribusiness, and it is still scary to maintain the height achieved. The country, despite its small size, can supply a lot of natural and ecologically pure products to the world and should not refuse the intensive development of the priority sector agribusiness.
